Congratulations are in order for Ashlee Simpson Ross and Evan Ross, who just welcomed their newest addition to the family!
The 36-year-old singer announced the good news on Instagram by sharing a photo of her newborn. She wrote, "10-29-2020. Ziggy Blu Ross. Our sweet boy has arrived! I'm over the MOON, we are so blessed!"
In the photo, Ziggy is fast asleep and wrapped snugly in a striped blanket as both of his parents rest their hand on their son. Evan shared the same snap to his feed and wrote, "Our son has arrived! I'm in heaven! [heart emojis]."
Fans and famous pals filled the couple's comments with congratulatory messages, including Hilary Duff, who said, "Congrats guys!! Beautiful baby boy!"
Evan's sister, Tracee Eliis Ross, also joined in to congratulate the two, pointing out that they now share the same birthday. She wrote, "ZIGGY BLU and AUNTIE TRACEE ~ birthday twins. This little magic bundle arrived on my birthday. The gift of life! Welcome to the world and to the family my little nephew. I’m already in love. Born on 10/29/20. The "Pieces of Me" singer and her husband first shared the news of their pregnancy on Instagram in April. Simpson Ross posted a snap of her positive pregnancy test and said, "We are pregnant and we are so excited to share it with everyone. Baby #3." Meanwhile, Evan shared the same photo and wrote, "The fam is growing. Ash and I can’t wait to welcome the newest addition."
The couple share Ziggy and their 5-year-old daughter, Jagger Ross. Ashlee also shares her 11-year-old son, Bronx Wentz, with her ex-husband Pete Wentz.
