Angela Bassett Shares Glimpse Inside Her Lavish Home in Honor of 25th Wedding Anniversary

Angela Bassett and her husband, Courtney B. Vance, invited their closest friends and family to their home to celebrate their wedding anniversary. And much to our delight, they offered a glimpse of their luxurious residence

The Black Panther actress posted a video on her Instagram page this week, highlighting a few moments from the anniversary party held at their home on October 1.

The video captured a few drone shots, which fully showcased the vibrant greenery and vast architectural layout of the house. It showed the home during the day and at night time, and it featured numerous close family and friends who came together to celebrate their love.

Bassett wrote in the caption, “25 years…When we first got married, we couldn’t wait to say we made it to 10 years! Now look at how far we’ve come! As Frankie says, ‘Joy and pain are like sunshine and rain…’ Whew! He sure was right! We’ve had ups, we’ve had downs; we gained two amazing children; but lost cherished family members and friends.”

She continued, “We’ve had successes, we’ve had failures; we’ve had spectacular wins, we’ve had devastating losses. But through it all there’s been one, beautiful constant: We’ve always had each other! Thank you God for each and everyone one of these 25 years! We can’t wait to do 25 more! 10/12/1997.”

Their twins—Bronwyn and Slater—dedicated a touching speech to their parents at the anniversary party. At one point, Bassett and Vance said a few kind words to each other before sharing a moment on the dance floor.

Wishing you many more years of love, Angela and Courtney!
