Walmart/ Sydney Meister for PureWow

As someone who spent years working for luxury interior designers, I never expected to be genuinely impressed—let alone obsessed—with Walmart’s home collection. And yet, 2025 has proven me wrong. Thanks to ongoing collaborations with Drew Barrymore, My Texas House and Better Homes & Gardens, the retailer’s decor lineup is officially on trend, on budget and (dare I say?) on par with many of the pieces I used to source from trade-only showrooms.

This summer, it’s all about vintage-inspired glass (think: tortoise shell and Murano) and the rise of scalloped edges—from jute rugs to embroidered quilts. Walmart nails the look without veering into overly precious or mass-produced. I’m talking an antique-style petal lamp for under $40. A striped linen accent chair that could easily pass for Serena & Lily. Even a melamine condiment caddy that feels like it wandered in from an Anthropologie tablescape.

So below, find 10 items I’m coveting—which you’ll definitely want to snag before everything goes out of stock.

Scallops are having a moment—from cocktail napkins to arched headboards—and this under-$15 pillow nails the look without screaming “nursery.” The wavy trim gives it a designer-adjacent feel, while the cornflower blue (also available in four other muted shades) lends just enough polish to make it look intentional on a linen sofa. Even better? It’s also available as a set of two, with inserts included, and the 19” x19” size is generous enough to mix in with your pricier pillows without looking like the impostor it is.

If you've been eyeing similar barrel chairs on high-end design sites (read: Serena & Lily), this $224 alternative is the answer. Upholstered in 100 percent linen with subtle beige-and-white pinstripes, it toes the line between tailored and relaxed. The squared-off arms and low-slung profile give it that modern, sculptural look, while the stain-treated fabric and sinuous spring seat mean it’s shockingly comfortable for actual sitting (not just staging). And at 30 inches wide, it’s compact enough for a reading corner or guest room—yet luxe enough to hold its own in the living room.

These look like something you'd find on a vintage bar cart in a Nancy Meyers film—except they're $31 for a set of four. Each 20-ounce glass is made from soda lime glass and finished with a moody tortoise shell pattern that instantly makes whatever you’re drinking—iced tea, tequila soda, a questionable spritz—feel ten times more sophisticated. Not to mention that no two are exactly alike, thanks to the handmade design, which only adds to the “I picked these up in a little thrift store” illusion. Just remember: They’re hand-wash only.

This outdoor lounge set is proof that you don’t need a designer budget—or a screened-in porch in Montecito—to summer in style. The handwoven wicker frame reads coastal cool (not resin cheesy), and the thick, plush cushions are wrapped in 3-millimeter Scotchgard-treated fabric that resists fading, water and that inevitable rosé spill. At just under $200 for both the loveseat and ottoman, it’s also an instant, budget-friendly backyard upgrade. The seats are supportive, the beige is a quality-looking neutral and yes, it’s as comfortable as it looks. It’s the kind of setup where patio naps turn into full-on siestas.

Here, another scalloped number that looks like it was plucked straight from a designer’s mood board for a Southampton sunroom. Handwoven from 100 percent natural jute, this area rug features trendy woven edges with a crisp white border that makes it feel polished yet playful. The low-profile pile is vacuum-friendly and durable enough for high-traffic zones, while the 5’ x 8’ size makes it ideal for layering under a coffee table or anchoring your WFH setup with a little summer texture. (Also comes in runner and oversized sizes, ranging from 4’ x 6’ to 9’ x 12’)

If Anthropologie made a $7 snack caddy, this would be it. The vertical stripes, the saturated colors (I’m partial to blue, but the green and coral are just as fun), and the sculptural little handle make it feel vaguely European. Better yet, the bamboo melamine is dishwasher-safe—and each of the three bowls holds 15 ounces, making it ideal for chips and guac and olive medleys. At this price, you might as well grab one for indoors and poolside.

At just under $800, you’ll be hard-pressed to find a higher-quality outdoor dining set (with as many clever features) as this one. It not only includes a sectional that seats up to six people—and two cushioned ottomans—but it also comes with an embossed woodgrain coffee table that stands 27 inches high (so it can double as a dining table). Plus, the premium foam cushions are built to last with durable foam cores, and the covers are Scotchgard-treated to repel water and stains. It basically has everything you need to create the perfect outdoor dining space, including machine-washable covers that’ll keep it looking fresh.

File this under “things that look like they came from a boutique in Savannah but cost less than brunch.” Again, scalloped edges steal the show here with tonal paisley medallion embroidery that makes this cotton quilt feel heirloom-worthy. And aside from the design, it’s constructed from a breathable, hypoallergenic and machine-washable fabric that keeps it practical for everyday use. Available in four serene shades—including sage, soft silver, white and rose (the latter is often out of stock—TikTok has already caught on)—the full/queen size spans a generous 90" x 92", and there’s a matching sham set sold separately.

This lamp is giving vintage Murano energy at half the cost. The 19” silhouette features a sweeping brass-tone arc and a frosted glass petal shade that looks straight off the nightstand of a French girl with an heirloom candle collection. It’s petite enough for a side table or desk (12" base), yet bold enough to draw visual attention when it’s off. At just under $40, it’s unexpected, sculptural and surprisingly versatile in both light and shadow.

With a gorgeous, blue-striped design that fits seamlessly with contemporary and classic interiors, this 12-piece set will wow guests at the next backyard BBQ. First, it includes four dinner plates (10.5”), four salad plates (8.5”), and four all-purpose bowls (6”). But it’s also made from durable stoneware—so it’ll last season after season—and it’s dishwasher- and microwave-safe for easy cleanup and reheating
