I wasn’t sure how much of a difference changing firmness settings would make. As I mentioned, it took a few nights of experimenting before I started figuring out what firmness worked best for me, but once I landed somewhere in the 35–40 range, everything started clicking.
The biggest thing for me has been back pain. I have scoliosis and have always been someone who tosses and turns constantly, trying to get comfortable. This is the first mattress I’ve owned where I’ve noticed a real difference waking up in the morning. My back feels noticeably better when I wake up, and I don’t feel like I spent the entire night fighting with my sleeping position.
Zero Gravity has absolutely become my thing. I didn’t think I would care much about the adjustable base features at first, but now I use them every single day. TV mode is also dangerously comfortable because I’ll put something on thinking I’ll stay awake and then suddenly realize I’m half-asleep within minutes. The whole experience just feels very relaxing in a way I wasn’t expecting.
I’ve also been really impressed by the cooling side of everything. The sheets are incredibly soft, but more importantly, they truly feel cool. As someone who has dealt with night sweats, I’ve genuinely noticed a difference since switching over to this setup. Between the mattress, topper, cooling sheets and adjustable settings, the whole sleep environment just feels calmer and more comfortable overall.
