The deep-pocket fitted sheet features elastic all around (not just the corners, like other sheets) and fit mattresses up to 16 inches without fighting or tugging. "The secret to that softness is all in the fabric: These are woven out of double-brushed microfiber, which is a fancy way of saying polyester fibers that have been smoothed on both sides," PureWow editor Candace Davison, who gave them a test drive, raves.
