Ain't no shame in the cheese pizza game—and even less shame in combining the deliciousness of elbow pasta covered in cheese sauce with a circular disc of baked bread.
Yep, we're talkin' mac 'n' cheese pizza, aka the invention we've all been waiting for (the self-cleaning house can wait).
Aldi debuted the cheesy creation earlier this year, but it's gaining steam in the grocery aisles (thanks to @AisleofShame's Insta post alerting us to its existence, for one). And we couldn't think of a better snack for football season, or on a chilly winter day while watching the next season of This Is Us. (Psst: Since you don't need silverware, you can technically eat it in bed…no judgment.)
The Mama Cozzi's Thin Crust Man 'n' Cheese pizza is a 12-inch pie that takes 15 minutes to cook in the oven. It contains cheddar cheese sauce, macaroni and a mix of mozzarella and cheddar cheeses on top of a thin crust (healthy????). The best part: It costs only $4, so you could buy enough to feed an army and still have money leftover for the bottled Pomegranate Mimosas you've been eyeing for homemade brunch.
Oh, and there's also a version that's topped with crispy bacon (though very few images actually exist online, so we're skeptical about this magically elusive bacon-mac'n'cheese-pizza).
Make that three of our favorite foods…
