I respect a gal who knows her mind—and her style. Both can be said of Taylor Swift. Though she's certainly been known to get daring, Swift, like the rest of us, often falls back on a few signature fashion pieces that she, one, clearly likes the aesthetic of, and two, knows she looks damn good in. And on a Nov. 7 night out with none other than fellow pop princess Sabrina Carpenter in NYC, Swift wore not two, but three of her go-to pieces in one fit: a polo shirt, a pleated skirt and platform loafers, one of the seven shoes she can be counted on to wear on repeat.
All three are styles that have pretty much become her signature—and for good reason. Her already-long legs look like they go on for weeks when framed by a miniskirt and exaggerated platform heel, while a fitted collared top perfectly speaks to her brand of preppy, sporty cool (when she's not dazzling it up in showgirl-worthy bodysuits on stage, that is).
