We know, we know. Your go-to winter outfit is pulling on a big turtleneck over jeans and flying out the door. But when you feel like mixing it up a little, might we suggest pairing your chunkiest wool knit with a midi pencil skirt and boots? Psst… We’ll let you in on a styling secret: You don’t always have to pair your sweater dress with over-the-knee boots and a cropped jacket (ya know, like every other gal on the ’Gram). If you hesitate to wear this style because you think it feels shapeless, we get it. But you can easily remedy the issue by dressing it up with an oversized blazer and skinny pants.
