Roberto Coin Celebrates 30 Years with a Jewelry Collection Worth Adding to Your Holiday Wish List

A little sparkle never hurts

I consider myself a pretty good gift giver, but when it comes to receiving gifts, I have a soft spot for anything that arrives in a little jewelry box. Don’t get me wrong, I’ll never turn down a beautiful sweater or a sweetly-smelling candle, but there’s something about jewelry that is personal. Maybe it’s the fact that you can wear it for years, pass it down or simply look at it and remember who gave it to you. Whatever the reason, I’ve always believed a beautiful piece of jewelry is one of the best gifts you can receive (or, better yet, give). And with the holidays approaching, Roberto Coin has officially made its way onto my wish list.

This year, the Italian jewelry house is celebrating its 30th anniversary, and to mark the occasion, the brand returned to its founder’s hometown for a seaside celebration that included a preview of its Meraviglia collection and other jewelry creations, an intimate dinner and fireworks over the Adriatic Sea. And the celebration didn’t end there. This season, the brand is bringing back one of its most recognizable collections. Originally introduced more than 20 years ago, the Cobra collection features serpent-inspired designs that wrap and curve around the body. The pieces are bold, beautifully crafted and easy to incorporate into your wardrobe.

Of course, there’s more to Roberto Coin than Cobra. I’ve also been eyeing pieces from the Venetian Princess and Love in Verona collections, particularly the floral designs that feel romantic without being overly sweet. And one detail I’ve always loved about the brand is the tiny ruby hidden inside each piece, a signature meant to bring good fortune to whoever wears it. It’s a thoughtful touch that makes gifting one feel even more meaningful. Whether you’re shopping for your mother, sister, best friend or yourself, I’ve rounded up six pieces I’d happily give (or receive) this holiday season.

For the Girl Who Loves a Statement

Roberto Coin Cobra Diamond Classic Ring

I’m not saying a diamond-encrusted snake ring will solve your problems, but I’m also not saying it won’t. There’s something wonderfully excessive about wrapping a cobra around your finger, particularly one made of 18-karat gold and diamonds. It’s dramatic, slightly intimidating and probably has better taste than most people you know. I love that it doesn’t require much else; just a great manicure, a black cashmere sweater and this ring? You’re dressed.

For the Jewelry Lover Who Has Everything

Roberto Coin Cobra Diamond Single Row Cuff Bangle

I’ve been paying more attention to bracelets lately, especially since I tend to reach for the same watch and rings every day. A beautiful cuff is such an easy way to change things up, and this one has me seriously reconsidering my jewelry routine. The curved gold design and row of diamonds give it a sculptural look. I can picture it peeking out from beneath the sleeve of a crisp white shirt or sitting just above the cuff of a fine-knit sweater. And while I love a good bracelet stack, I wouldn’t necessarily pair this with anything else. Sometimes one beautiful piece is all you need.

The four-petal floral design in these earrings combines satin-finished gold with diamonds, creating a lovely contrast between the soft texture of the metal and the sparkle of the stones. I’m particularly drawn to the shape, which is so feminine and romantic. For the holidays, I’d wear them with my hair pulled back, a red lip and a simple black dress. But I also love the idea of making them part of my everyday jewelry rotation. After all, why save your favorite earrings for a special occasion?

For the Person Who Loves a Little Color

After spending time in Paris during Fashion Week, I’ve become even more convinced that a little color can completely change an outfit. And while I usually introduce it through my clothing or handbags, I’m starting to appreciate the impact of colorful jewelry. I can already picture this necklace against a chocolate brown sweater or suede coat. It’s a beautiful way to introduce color without having to rethink your look.

For the Lady Who Never Takes Off Her Jewelry

Everyone needs at least one necklace they can put on without giving it a second thought. This Love in Verona design could easily become that piece. The small diamond flower adds a little sparkle, while the delicate gold chain keeps the look understated. Give this to someone who appreciates jewelry but doesn’t necessarily want to change her accessories every morning. It’s simple, elegant and she’ll reach for it for years to come.

For the Person Who Deserves Something Extra Special

Roberto Coin Cobra Diamond and Ceramic Enamel Rondel Necklace

What I like most about the Cobra collection is that it doesn’t rely entirely on literal snake designs. This necklace takes a more subtle approach, combining a rounded pendant with gold, diamonds and ceramic enamel. It also makes a beautiful holiday gift for someone who appreciates distinctive jewelry but prefers pieces they can wear beyond special occasions.
