If you’re anything like me, you’ve been a huge fan of Jennifer Lopez’s style since the Y2K days. And the outfit she was recently spotted in while promoting her upcoming film, Kiss of the Spider Woman at the Sundance Film Festival is no exception. While her white jumpsuit and matching cropped jacket were definitely show-stoppers, I couldn’t help but notice the ultra-chic mini pouch belt attached to her waist— an accessory that's certifiably as chic as it is convenient.

While belt bags have been a go-to for years now, this brilliant take is what I'd call more of a bag belt—perfect for carrying a card or some cash, whether you're at a concert, running errants or, like J.Lo, hitting a festival, and don't want to lug around a traditional purse. Needless to say, I'm obsessed, so I've rounded up five similar belt-pouch styles to shop.

One pick I’ve currently got my eye on is this posh piece from Ann Taylor, which works exceptionally well with those maxi dresses you’ll soon be pulling out for spring. The polished faux leather craftsmanship combined with the metallic turnlock closure makes it durable and secure—and did I mention it's on sale for an extra 60 percent off?

Not your average fanny pack, this sleek and slim envelope-style belt pouch can take you from early morning coffee runs to more dressed-up occasions in a snap. The main compartment clocks in at 7 inches by 2 inches by 5 inches, giving you plenty of space store your smartphone and credit cards. There’s also an inner zipper pocket and an open pocket where you can place other small essentials such as your keys. The brown shade is my fave, but there are three additional colorways to choose from as well.

The streamlined silhouette on this festival belt bag makes it an instant must-have that you can wear either as a relaxed accent piece, or a fancier option for formal events. There are multiple waist sizes and colors to choose from, and the price point for the genuine Italian leather crafting is a *major* steal. The reviews are also stellar, with one shopper raving, “Great quality and a very forgiving size. It’s comfortable, sits well and is easy to put on.” I’m already thinking of the outfit combinations I can come up with.

A little quilted pouch can upgrade any look—and this one supplies the waist-cinching magic of a belt to boot. Available in two sizing options, the main compartment is spacious enough to hold all of your most-used essentials, and the minimalist design is one that gives you tons of versatility. Buyers also note that the bag is perfectly sized and not too bulky, with one saying, “This is such a great piece that you can throw on any outfit. I can fit my cash, ID, credit cards and lipstick. It's very clean and modern.” Of course, I'd be remiss not to mention the stunning metallic eagle head that adds a touch of flair.

I absolutely adore this double leather microbag belt, which has a utilitarian-yet-sophisticated design and room for small items like cards and keys. Plus, you get not one, but two miniature pouches in one go. What’s more, the belt is also detachable, meaning you can carry one of them as a small clutch/wallet if you’re aiming for a different look. Genius right?
