Looking fabulous both on- and off-duty has gotten a whole lot easier—and you have Ann Taylor to thank for that. The beloved brand is no doubt a workwear favorite, but every season you can also expect new drops of its Weekend Collection, which features designs that'll make you look polished and put-together, even when you're OOO.

After scouring its latest drop, I’ve curated my top ten picks for spring, from a pretty pointelle tee (was $50, now $35) to a bright floral dress (was $179, now $125). Consider it a capsule collection for everything on your calendar this season, be it an Easter brunch or spring break trip. Oh, and I’ve noted which ones are seriously discounted right now, because who doesn’t love a good deal?

These jeans couldn’t have a better cut for spring, if you ask me. They’re slightly cropped, so you can pair them with practically any type of shoes, from loafers to flats to sneakers. Plus, the medium rinse feels fresh but not totally summery. “I love them. They [have a] super thin, comfortable material. The color is not too light, not too dark,” said one reviewer, who gave them five stars.

These slingback flats have it all, including a trendy raffia material, elastic at the sides to easily slide them on and off, and a cute bow at the front. Plus, they have a padded footbed to increase their comfort, so you shouldn’t have any issues wearing them to the office and out to dinner after. I have a feeling these are going to go fast, so if you want to snag a pair, I’d grab them now.

I’ve been obsessed with pointelle fabrics lately. They’re just so delicate and comfortable that I don’t mind wearing them to lounge at home or for a busy day out. This lace-trimmed tee is the perfect style for layering, too, while the weather’s still unpredictable, and it comes in this pretty butter yellow shade, along with navy and white.

Speaking of layering, this collared cardigan is the perfect piece to keep at your desk, in your tote, your car—wherever—for those times when the temperature dips just a little more than you were expecting. It’s made from 100 percent cotton, so it should feel perfectly breathable, plus it’s machine-washable for easy cleaning.

Sweater pants are a go-to for me on the weekends because I love how they feel just as good as sweatpants but have a more polished look. This pair comes in both classic and petite lengths, so if you’re on the shorter side like me, you shouldn’t have to worry about hemming them. And if you want to make a really effortless outfit, you can pick up the matching sweater jacket (was $198, now $139) or this tee (was $45, now $31) to wear with them.

Like I mentioned above, I can’t help but think how perfect this floral dress would be for any upcoming family get-togethers for Easter or a warm-weather spring break trip. It’s made from a breezy linen-blend material and has a full cotton lining to keep it from being see-through. And what’s even better? It has *pockets.*

Made from 100 percent cotton, this midi skirt is so versatile that you could wear it practically anywhere. You could easily dress it down with sneakers and a T-shirt or up with a printed blouse and heels, or even make it cozy with a lightweight sweater and flats. Not to mention, it’s designed with an elastic waist that features an adjustable drawstring, so it’s bound to be comfortable, too.

Dozens of shoppers picked up this sweater just today—and I can see why. I mean, the light blue hue and the dainty embroidery give it a cottagecore vibe that’s ideal for the season. Plus, the brand describes it as “softly fitted,” which should make it figure-flattering but not too tight.

Easy-fitting pants are a must for any wardrobe, and you shouldn’t pass by this pair. Personally, I’m sold the second I see pants with a comfy elastic waist, but you might also want to know that they come in petite and long lengths and are made from a lyocell-blend material that should be light enough to wear even when the weather warms up more. BTW, they’re machine-washable, too, so when you find yourself wanting to wear them multiple times a week, you definitely can.

The brand describes its signature CloudPlush fabric as being “lightweight and touchably soft,” which is exactly why I’m adding this loose-fitting shift dress to my cart right away. It has a half-zip at the neckline that gives it a sporty look, and the elastic at the middle should define your waist. Personally, I can’t think of anything that would make me love this style more, and if you feel the same, you’re gonna want to grab it ASAP.
