Our favorite crime-solving trio is making a comeback, and we couldn't be more thrilled.

In case you missed it, Hulu announced on social media that Only Murders in the Building is returning for a fourth season. This comes as no surprise, given how the Emmy-nominated series—which follows three residents-turned-podcasters as they investigate mysterious cases in their apartment building—has all the makings of a compelling mystery comedy. Not to mention standout performances by Selena Gomez, Steve Martin and Martin Short.

Hulu has yet to confirm the release date, unfortunately. But as we wait, we're biding our time with these eight binge-worthy shows like Only Murders in the Building, available on Prime Video, AppleTV+, Peacock and Netflix.

1. Search Party

  • Cast: Alia Shawkat, John Reynolds, John Early, Meredith Hagner
  • Rated: TV-MA

Set in New York, Search Party revolves around a group of 20-somethings who reunite to investigate the sudden disappearance of a former college friend. You'll notice a few parallels, like the group's growing obsession with the case and how they become suspects in one of their own investigations. Plus, Portia's narcissistic tendencies will instantly remind you of Oliver Putnam.

2. The Afterparty

  • Cast: Tiffany Haddish, Sam Richardson, Zoë Chao
  • Rated: TV-MA

In The Afterparty, Detective Danner gets to the bottom of a big murder case by interrogating all the witnesses. Each episode shines the spotlight on a different witness as they share their version of events—all told in different genres that range from musicals to horror. And while it's a bit sillier in tone compared to Only Murders, fans will appreciate the surprise twists.

3. Bored to Death

If you especially enjoy seeing the chemistry between the unlikely trio in Only Murders, then you'll love HBO's quirky comedy, Bored to Death. 6. Inspector Koo
