And the Best Super Bowl Commercial of 2025 Is…

It was a Super Bowl to remember

Even if you don’t like football, there are several reasons to watch the Super Bowl. There are the football-inspired recipes. There’s also Taylor Swift, who is cheering on her boyfriend, Travis Kelce. But most importantly, there are the Super Bowl commercials.

Tonight, Super Bowl LIX took place at Caesars Superdome in New Orleans, Louisiana, where the Kansas City Chiefs faced off against the Philadelphia Eagles. There were several noteworthy commercials, including the When Harry Met Sally reunion starring Billy Crystal and Meg Ryan. However, the most underrated ad was Martha Stewart’s clip for Skechers.

In the commercial, Stewart is standing in a driveway and raving about her shoes. “It almost feels like I'm gliding on air when I walk,” she says. “Let me demonstrate.”

Stewart proceeds to perform upbeat dance moves that are so AI-generated, they’re almost impressive. (Key word: almost.)

Super Bowl LIX was exclusively broadcast on Fox. Halftime entertainment was provided by Kendrick Lamar, who took the field to perform “Not Like Us” and “HUMBLE,” among others. Although he previously appeared at Super Bowl LVI with Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, Eminem, 50 Cent and Mary J. Blige, this was his first time as a solo headliner.

Throughout the game, cameras regularly panned to Taylor Swift, who was cheering on her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, and the Kansas City Chiefs. Still, I personally think the commercials stole the show. (Don’t come at me, Swifties.)
