Reese's Book Club Makes Major Announcement Just Days Before the Release of July's Pick

It's been a busy few weeks for Reese Witherspoon and Reese's Book Club.

First, Witherspoon's book club revealed her June 2025 pick. Then, a Reese's Book Club Reading Retreat was unveiled. Then, Witherspoon dropped an entire new Gen Z-focused lifestyle brand. But since Reese is a woman who never slows down, her book club also made a major announcement yesterday (just days before her July book club selection is set to be revealed).

Yesterday, the Reese's Book Club Instagram account posted a picture of podcast equipment along with two romance novels—one authored by Emily Henry and the other by Yulin Kuang.

Yesterday's post was captioned, "Bookmarked, the new Reese’s Book Club podcast, launches tomorrow"—aka today, June 24—"and we’re thrilled to announce our first guests, romance queens @emilyhenrywrites and @yulin.kuang!"

The caption continued, "Listen in tomorrow and prepare to fall in love with their romance-filled episode."

The first episode of Bookmarked, which is a co-production of iHeartPodcasts and Hello Sunshine, debuted this morning.

According to the episode's description, "Host Danielle Robay is joined by two powerhouses (and Reese’s Book Club alums) Emily Henry and Yulin Kuang to talk about their real-life friendship and creative collaboration, as they set out to adapt two of Emily Henry’s recent novels. They dive into the romance renaissance, share behind-the-scenes details on  screen adaptations, and even drop a few  hints about the upcoming film The People We Meet on Vacation."

As I mentioned, Witherspoon's July book pick has yet to be unveiled (though it should be coming any day now). June's pick, however, was a great one.
