We prefer our makeup to feel and look like it's barely there. So, whenever the Typology tinted concealer ($33) is back in stock, we grab several tubes at a time. Why? Well, besides the fact that it helps nail the très French "no makeup" look, this stuff typically sells out *so* quickly, it has resulted in a more than 9,000-person waitlist—and for good reason.

Typology as a brand focuses on creating products that care for your skin while also offering makeup-like finishes. The tinted concealer is made to look super natural on the skin and gives substantial coverage, but without that full-coverage matte finish you'd get from a regular foundation or concealer. It's also formulated with skin-boosting ingredients, like niacinamide (for brightening and hydrating) and caffeine (to firm and depuff).

Naturally, we had to give it a try. According to Commerce Director Nicole Briese, who tried the shade 2 on her super fair skin with pink undertones, this stuff is more than lightweight—it looks almost just like your own skin. "This is the only makeup I've liked enough to alternate with my regular Charlotte Tilbury Beautiful Skin foundation ($49), and sometimes, it even trumps it," she says. "It's light—incredibly light—and when it's fully blended in, you can barely tell a difference between your skin and where you put it on (which is kind of the point). Normally, I like something with heavier coverage, as lighter formulas don't tend to do much for my red spots or dark circles, but this offers a great balance, so I don't have any complaints there. It also doesn't pill on my uber-dry skin—something I see a lot with lighter 'hydrating" formulas,'" she continues.

Unfortunately, the concealer is only available in six shades, but the brand claims that it uses the Fitzpatrick phototype scale to take your skin's reaction to sun exposure into account and best match the undertones in your face. (Use the site's color match tool to best decide which hue one is best for you.)

If makeup that doubles as skincare sounds up your alley to keep your skin nourished and looking gorg, we highly recommend checking out the Typology tinted concealer while your shade is in still in stock—trust us, it won't be for long.
