First there were shampoo bars. Then came toothpaste tabs. Now we have body wash sheets that come in completely dissolvable packaging—and trust me when I say they’re nothing like the bottles and bars of soap you’ve tried before.

Meet Plus Body Wash: a waterless cleanser that comes in individually wrapped sachets that disappear down the drain as you shower.

To use the wash, you simply tear open a sachet and remove the small square sheet from the packaging. This sheet looks and feels like a piece of foam gauze, but it’s actually dehydrated cleanser that bubbles up into a lather when you rub it over wet skin.

While you’re lathering up, drop the sachet onto your drain and you’ll start to see it melt before your eyes, leaving behind zero trace of existence. *Poof* and it’s gone, as if Thanos snapped his fingers.

Watching this happen made me feel more like an excited kid in science class rather than a harried grown-up rushing through yet another task in her day. In short, it was a moment of magic I didn’t even know I needed.

The cleanser itself was a delight to use as well. With a surprisingly thick and creamy lather that leaves your limbs feeling clean, but not squeakily so, and a gorgeous scent that lingers on your skin long after you rinse, it delivered on all fronts.

Plus Body Wash comes in three scents: Summer, a crisp citrus that has notes of neroli and lemon; Waves, a floral that smells of coconut and jasmine; and Cloud, which is unscented.

And if right about now you’re thinking, “Sounds cool, but I’m good with my Costco-sized body wash,” consider this: Most bottled body wash is made up of over 70 percent water. So not only are you paying extra for something you can get from your faucet, but there’s also the plastic bottles that body wash often comes in. Plastic bottles to the tune of 42 billion that are shipped across the States annually.

If you’re looking for a simple—and downright enjoyable—way to cut back on your plastic consumption, why not try a magical body wash that makes showering fun again?
