A beauty product that could replace our concealer? We’re all ears.

The Colleen Rothschild Illuminating Tinted Eye Cream ($48) has gone viral on TikTok for its supposed ability to cover up dark spots under the eyes while providing a healthy dose of skin-loving ingredients like caffeine, hyaluronic acid and peptides to the area.

On this brand-new episode of Take My Money, host Kate Kesselman Kesselman tests out the popular product to see if it works and how long it lasts. Can this eye cream really kick her concealer to the curb? Check out her vid for a full review.

Kessleman begins the episode by jumping right into the product testing. She applies one pump of the eye cream in her hand and proceeds to “warm up” the skin tint by rubbing her fingers together. As she applies the product underneath her eye, she goes on to list interesting facts about the viral product. “It’s supposed to hydrate as it also awakens the under-eye,” she says.

While noting that the product matches her skin tone, Kessleman does point out that the application may be different for other people. “I’m not sure how this would apply on other skin tones,” she explains in the vid. “I think if you rubbed it in, it would be okay. But I think it will be pretty light.”
