Fitness Star Anna Victoria’s Podcast Is Here to Help You Live Your Best Life (and Here’s How You Can Listen)

Anna Victoria is the CEO and founder of the Fit Body app, a fitness influencer and a personal trainer. Now she's adding a new title to her already impressive resume: Podcast host.

Her new pod, 'Your Best Life,' is officially up and running, and we've never hit the subscribe button faster. (And no, that's not because our parent company, Gallery Media Group, produces it.)

In an Instagram post, she wrote, "This is a CRAZY time to be launching a podcast. This has been in the works for over 6 months now, and of course, this just happens to be when the launch was planned for, but if anything, it may be perfect timing, because the guests I have on are so uplifting and empowering—the exact things we all need right now."

What can you expect from each episode? Realistic inspiration. What we mean by that is, hearing Anna talk to her guests—including her husband, Luca Ferretti, with whom she's expecting her first child—feels like you're chatting with friends. Anna and her guests provide insight into how to live your best life—even if you're still working on it (she acknowledges early on that we're all works in progress, after all).

In the first episode, Anna speaks to Sarah Nicole Landry, known online as The Birds Papaya. Landry is a mother of three, body positivity advocate, social media influencer, content creator, writer and speaker. Without spoiling too much (you seriously should listen to their conversation, ASAP), the two talk about the pressures of social media, dealing with online trolls, pretending your life is together when it feels like it's falling apart, self-love and more.

To join the community and chat with Anna and other listeners from around the world, follow @YourBestLifePodcast on Instagram, join the Your Best Life Podcast Facebook group and subscribe wherever you listen to podcasts. A new episode drops every Tuesday, and you won't want to miss out. Trust.
