Back

Cassey Ho’s Blogilates channel is a wealth of fitness resources, with easy-to-follow videos aimed at toning pretty much your whole bod. We like this one in particular, which uses just five moves to get your back halter top-ready.

Legs

This leg workout was created by Modelfit for Sweaty Betty and it’s a killer—in the best way possible. Clocking in at just under 20 minutes, this sequence is deceptively tough, utilizing tiny movements repeated a ton of times for a deep burn.

Full Body

Workouts that target individual areas are great, but if you’re looking to tone your entire body, look no further than this 17-minute workout from fitness personality Jessica Smith. A simple combination of low-impact, no-frills exercises, this circuit will have you sweating in less time than it takes to watch an episode of Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt
