You love queso. You love guac. What do you get when they have a baby? Meet two-cheese guacamole. We didn’t know dip could taste this damn good.

2 avocados

½ cup goat cheese

1 sweet onion, chopped

1 cup shredded jack cheese

1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

1 jalapeño, minced

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

1. In a large bowl, mash the avocados with a fork. Stir in the cup goat cheese, mashing it with the avocados.

2. Mix in the sweet onion, jack cheese, cilantro, jalapeño and lime juice. Season with salt and pepper.
