No-Bake Pretzel Chocolate Tart

Think about how much you love chocolate-covered pretzels. That salty-sweet flavor combined with the crunchy texture. Seriously, what could top that? We have an idea: a no-bake pretzel chocolate tart. Imagine DOVE Dark Chocolate PROMISES melted over a crushed-pretzel crust. Basically, it’s a giant version of our favorite treat, just with a modern twist. You’re welcome. 

One 9-inch tart

10 ounces pretzel sticks, plus more for garnishing

⅓ cup confectioners’ sugar

8 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

12 ounces DOVE Dark Chocolate PROMISES, unwrapped and roughly chopped

1 cup coconut milk

Pinch of salt

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1. In the bowl of a food processor, pulse the pretzels until they turn into fine crumbs. Add the confectioners’ sugar and pulse to combine. Add the melted butter and pulse until the mixture is uniformly combined.

2. Press the crumb mixture into a 9-inch tart pan in an even layer. Freeze the crust for 15 minutes.

3. Place the chocolate in a medium-size heat-safe bowl. In a small pot, bring the coconut milk to a simmer over medium heat. When it’s simmering, pour it over the chocolate. Let sit for 15 seconds, then stir until the mixture is smooth.

4. Stir in the salt and vanilla, then pour the mixture into the pretzel crust. Spread into an even layer. Refrigerate until the chocolate filling is set, 20 to 30 minutes.

5. Crumble a few more pretzels over the surface of the chocolate just before serving.
