“The boneless chicken thighs are seasoned with a zesty homemade honey-mustard sauce and served over rainbow-colored veggies,” Homolka explains in the book. “After testing this several times, I found that reserving half of the honey-mustard sauce and adding it at the end, just before broiling everything a few minutes to caramelize the top, makes for the most delicious dish.”
