
Grilled Chicken Skewers
It's all about easy meals for the Garner family (@garnergang5x)—and these grilled chicken skewers are just that. Use Heinz 57 sauce as a marinade and pile on your favorite veggies like mushrooms, red onion and zucchini. Dip them in Heinz Buffaranch and enjoy.
Ingredients
1 pound chicken thighs, cubed
Extra-virgin olive oil, as needed
Heinz 57 sauce, as needed
Dry rub seasoning, as needed
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
Assorted vegetables (such as zucchini, mushrooms, onion and bell pepper), cut into bite-size pieces
Heinz Buffaranch, for serving
Directions
1. In a medium bowl, drizzle the chicken breast with olive oil. Add 57 Sauce to coat; season with the dry rub, salt and pepper. Mix to combine.
2. Skewer the chicken pieces onto bamboo skewers, alternating with the assorted vegetable pieces.
3. Prepare a grill for medium-high heat. Grill the skewers, turning occasionally, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F, 10 to 15 minutes. Serve with buffalo ranch sauce.
