¾ cup Sabra Supremely Spicy Hummus
¾ cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons minced shallot
1 garlic clove, minced
3 tablespoons minced celery
2 tablespoons minced cucumber
2 cups chopped leftover roast chicken (or store-bought rotisserie chicken)
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Sabra Supremely Spicy Hummus, mayonnaise, shallot, garlic, celery and cucumber. Add the chicken and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Serve on a sandwich, in a lettuce cup or on a bed of lettuce.
