Blackberry Smoothie Bowl

When it comes to breakfast (especially during the week), we don’t like spending too much time in the kitchen, but we don’t like to sacrifice taste either. Luckily, this blackberry smoothie bowl takes only 10 minutes from start to finish. Combine Simply™ Almond Original Unsweetened with blackberries, peaches, bananas, basil, vanilla and honey. Finish it off with your favorite toppings and dig in.

2 cups frozen blackberries

1 cup frozen peaches

1 frozen banana

½ bunch fresh basil

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1 tablespoon honey

1 cup Simply™ Almond Original Unsweetened

Toppings (Optional)

½ cup blackberries

1 tablespoon almonds

¼ cup flaked coconut

⅓ cup granola

1 tablespoon honey

1. In a blender, combine the blackberries, peaches, banana, basil, vanilla, honey and Simply™ Almond Original Unsweetened until thick and smooth. Pour into two bowls.

2. Top the smoothie bowls with the desired toppings.
