Requiring only three ingredients, this affogato is your new go-to when feeding a crowd. Brew the coffee as soon as dinner ends, then fill little glasses with one scoop of vanilla ice cream. Simply pour the coffee and Baileys over the top and watch as your guests marvel at your Italian cooking skills.
2 large scoops vanilla ice cream
¼ cup Baileys Irish Cream
½ cup freshly brewed espresso (or very strong coffee)
1. Place a scoop of ice cream into each serving dish.
2. Pour the Baileys over the ice cream, then the hot espresso (or coffee, if using). The ice cream should melt slightly. Serve immediately.
