Avocado Power Breakfast Smoothie
Good ole coffee. We love you, but things have changed. It’s not you. It’s just that this delicious breakfast smoothie has stolen our heart. Made with hearty avocados, baby spinach and pineapple, it basically gives us superpowers. And, let’s be real, who wouldn’t want superpowers?
1 cup chopped pineapple
2 cups raw baby spinach
¼ cup parsley leaves
½ California avocado, peeled and pitted
1 tablespoon agave
1 cup ice
1. In a blender, puree all ingredients until smooth.
2. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy immediately.
