Travis Kelce's Brother Just Publicly Mentioned Potential Vasectomy—and His Wife Has Thoughts

It hasn’t even been a full month since Kylie Kelce welcomed baby number four with husband Jason Kelce, but the couple is already fielding questions—and having real convos—about whether they’re done growing their family. The pair are already parents to four daughters: Wyatt, 5, Elliotte, 4, Bennett, 2, and Finnley, who was born on March 30, 2025.

Kylie recently opened up about the possibility of a fifth child during her April 22 appearance on Amanda Hirsch’s Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast, where she addressed Jason’s recent comments about getting a vasectomy. “My husband was on a podcast recently and was referencing a vasectomy," Kylie shared. "I was like, ‘I’m glad you’re throwing that out into the universe.’”

The moment she’s referring to happened back in February, when Jason joined The Steam Room podcast—while Kylie was still pregnant with Finnley. At the time, Jason said, “This one might be it. I don’t know if it’s going to happen or not, but we’ll see.”

But despite the vasectomy talk, it sounds like the door isn’t completely closed.

“I’ve always said I wanted four kids [and] room for, like, one pleasant surprise,” Kylie said. “If we had five kids, I’d be like, ‘OK, that’s enough. We need to stop.’”

Jason's take? Simple, “Whatever you want.”

In the meantime, the Kelce family is soaking up the sweet newborn stage. On the April 2 episode of the New Heights podcast, fans got a wholesome glimpse of the moment Travis Kelce met his newest niece. Jason asked, “Do you want to see your new niece?” to which Travis replied, “Yes, I want to see my new niece, Jason. You only sent one picture. You didn’t even tell me what name you picked yet.”
