Justin Hartley is teasing tonight’s episode of This Is Us, and we don’t know how to feel.

In a recent interview with Entertainment Weekly, the 44-year-old actor shared details about what’s to come in the popular NBC show, which left off on a major cliffhanger for his character, Kevin Pearson.

Although This Is Us is in the middle of season five, series creator Dan Fogelman previously revealed that it’ll be a six-season journey for the Big Three, which means there’s only one-and-a-half seasons to go. While discussing the dreaded end of This Is Us, Hartley said that “it’s very unpredictable.”

“The way that the story has been told to me and the way that it ends seems like the right way to ‘end’ it. Just like life, everything does end, doesn’t it?” he told the outlet. “I think it's full. You're going to have a full heart, just because by that time you will have watched these people and all of their journeys for such a long time.”

Hartley also thanked fans for sticking around and confirmed that the finale will answer all our burning questions. “When you invest that much as an audience member, you’ll fill up completely, but in satisfying way,” he added. “It’s definitely an emotional journey, and we have a lot of laughs to be told in it. I mean, there’s funny stuff coming up, as well.”

Cheers to more ugly crying! This Is Us airs on Tuesdays at 9 p.m. on NBC.
