Reese Witherspoon, 47, is looking to the future, but she's in no hurry to hit the dating scene again.

The Legally Blonde star recently split from her husband of 11 years, Jim Toth, and according to a close source, Witherspoon “wants to get out there and have fun, as opposed to diving into anything serious right off the bat.”

The source told Us Weekly that the mom of three is in “no big rush” to start dating again. Though, when she eventually does, her “ideal scenario” would be to find a “kindred spirit,” potentially someone “who’s been an actor and who’s been judged in the public arena.” Makes sense to us.

Witherspoon and Toth announced their divorce in March, with a joint statement on Instagram (that has since been deleted).

“We have some personal news to share…,” the statement began. “It is with a great deal of care and consideration that we have made the difficult decision to divorce.”

“We have enjoyed so many wonderful years together and are moving forward with deep love, kindness and mutual respect for everything we have created together,” the pair added. “Our biggest priority is our son and our entire family as we navigate this next chapter. These matters are never easy and are extremely personal. We truly appreciate everyone’s respect for our family’s privacy at this time.”

Witherspoon and Toth share a 10-year-old son named Tennessee. Meanwhile, the Cruel Intentions star has two kids from her previous marriage to Ryan Phillippe—Ava (23) and Deacon (19).

We wish you the best in everything you do, Reese.
