Ever dreamed of rubbing elbows with the royalty at Buckingham Palace? Yeah, us too. Well, if you can cook, you might be in luck, because Queen Elizabeth is looking for a new royal chef for Buckingham palace. We’re totally serious.

Well, technically, the Palace is looking for a Demi Chef de Partie (um what?)—someone to assist the chef de partie, whose job is to manage a particular section of the kitchen. Confusing enough. The candidate will be expected to prepare food at a station in the palace as well as the other royal residences (like the Balmoral and Holyrood).

The Master of the Household’s Office posted the full-time position on the palaces’s job board. According to the posting, there’s a huge perk—the lucky chef get’s to live in Buckingham palace (if they so choose).

However, despite the lavish living quarters, the position only pays a salary of £22,000 (which is approximately $27,000) a year. And, of course, the new hire will be held to extremely high standards.

“As you’d expect, standards are exceptionally high here, and every day is busy, so you’ll need to be an ambitious and qualified chef,” the ad said.

However, qualified chefs only have until July 28 to apply, so better act fast.

So who’s ready to serve the queen her favorite cereal? Spoiler: It’s Special K.
