Hear ye, hear ye: King Charles’s (74) coronation ceremony is just around the corner. Leading up to the event, the royal family has teased the celebratory weekend with a number of big reveals, like giving a glimpse into the massive concert, unveiling the monarch's official emblem and more. Recently, it’s been revealed that the monarch’s grandson, Prince George, will play a very important role in the crowning event—but what will it be?

Today, the royal family shared a brand-new portrait of the King of England and his wife, Camilla Parker Bowles (75), on Instagram. Along with the photo, new details about His Majesty’s upcoming coronation were also revealed.

It was announced that eight Pages of Honor will appear at the celebratory event—and Kate Middleton (41) and Prince William’s (40) oldest son, Prince George (9), will take on a role as one of the pages. According to the IG post, “The Pages will form part of the procession through the Nave of Westminster Abbey.”

The young prince (who is second in line for the throne) will also be joined by other pages including Bowles’s three grandsons: Master Gus, Master Louis Lopes and Master Freddy Parker Bowles.

Shortly after the announcement, a Kensington Palace spokesperson told People: “We’re all very excited about Prince George’s role in the coronation, it will be an incredibly special moment.”

A spokesman for the royal couple told the publication: “His parents are very excited and delighted that he is a page. It’s something that his parents have thought long and hard about and are very much looking forward to—and I’m sure George is, too.”
