One day you're chasing an unruly toddler in diapers, and the next, you're dropping off a scholar at the University of Southern California with your ex! I'm talking about two-time Academy Award nominee Naomi Watts, who recently took to the 'Gram to share a carousel of lovely snaps documenting moving her son, Sasha Schreiber, into his college dorm room.

Sasha Schreiber, 18, Watts's son with now-ex Liev Schreiber, has apparently enrolled as a freshman at USC. "We packed, we stacked, we color coded," Watts begins her heartfelt caption. And though her knack for organizing should not go unnoticed—seriously, just look at that ingenious under-the-bed storage!—I was truly blown away by Sasha's height. Wasn't he 3'2" yesterday? Now it appears he's towering over not just his 5'5" mother, but his 6'3" father.

Back in 2016, the then-partnered couple, Watts and Schreiber, relayed to ABC News just how their courtship began: though the pair had met in some capacity before, when they were reintroduced at the 2005 Met Gala, Watts invited Schreiber to go dancing afterwards. "Self-conscious" of the A-list crowd he found himself with, Schreiber excused himself only to be stopped by Watts who said, "Don't you want my digits?" The couple was together for 11 years.

Sasha was born in 2007, and their daughter Kai, was born in 2008. In 2016, the couple announced they were separating...which brings to mind the other pretty surprising detail about Watts's Instagram update: the co-parenting. Though Watts married fellow actor Billy Crudup in 2023 and Schreiber wed Taylor Neisen the same year, the exes remain friendly. Schreiber even commented on the matter to People, "You can see how important it is to [the kids] that their parents care about each other."

Followers were also quick to notice the A-plus co-parenting, writing, "Great co parenting and well done Sasha," and "PSA - this people, is how it's done <3 <3 <3".

Cheers to the newly minted college freshman and the proud co-parents! Go Trojans!
