Mindy Kaling Shares Rare Photo of Her Kids and a Party Trick You Have to See to Believe

We all know Mindy Kaling is notoriously private when it comes to her personal life, which is exactly why it was so surprising that the star recently shared multiple adorable snaps of her three children in a recent Instagram post. In the image carousel, the actress and producer posted pictures of herself enjoying life with her family and friends (including Kate Hudson), as well as photos of her two daughters Katherine Swati and Anne, and son Spencer Avu.

In the pics, we see her eldest daughter Katherine channeling her inner Cowboy Carter vibes with a pink cowboy hat and matching denim outfit, plus Kaling in ultimate mama mode tending to one-year-old Anne and a snap of Spencer chillin’ on the beach with his epic Hot Wheels T-shirt.

While the pictures of the kids are definitely a super fun treat for fans, Kaling makes it clear she’s the star of the show with the fifth picture in the bunch, which showcases her hidden talent for catching food in her mouth hibachi style. In what appears to be a work meeting, someone off screen tosses Kaling a piece of food that she expertly catches in her mouth to rapturous applause (it’s the dab afterwards for me). Who knew that Kaling had such a cool party trick up her sleeve?

But back to those kiddos—all of Kaling’s pregnancies have been highly secretive, with The Mindy Project star revealing daughter Anne’s birth months after the fact with an Instagram snap that showed her older children sweetly cradling their then-newborn sister. In the caption, Kaling wrote, “In late February I gave birth to my daughter, Anne. She’s the best birthday present I could’ve ever imagined. When things are hard, whenever I veer towards cynicism, my three kids are such a great reminder of the pure joy in my life.” So sweet!
