Mike Johnson Just Commented on ‘Bachelor’ Peter Weber’s Latest Post & Now We Love Him Even More

Remember fan-favorite Mike Johnson from Hannah Brown’s season of The Bachelorette? Well, the former contestant, 31, just responded to Peter Weber’s latest Instagram post and, uh, same.

This week, the pilot, 28, shared a full-length trailer on Instagram for the upcoming two-night Bachelor finale. It’s no secret that something major happens right before the last rose ceremony, and Weber responds by having an on-camera meltdown.

Although Weber captioned the post with a simple rose emoji, that didn’t stop Johnson from encouraging the pilot with a spot-on comment that every Bachelor fan can relate to.

“When you’re in tears it melts my heart,” Johnson wrote.

The former contestant is referring to Weber, who gets emotional in the clip due to some unforeseen dilemma. The video features two now-overplayed scenes: Chris Harrison telling Weber, “There is something you should know,” followed by the pilot’s mom crying, “Bring her home to us.”

Johnson wasn’t the only person to root Weber on in the comments section. Former Bachelorette Ali Fedotowsky also chimed in, writing, “Cheering you on from the sidelines Peter! I so badly want this to work for you!”

Hey, at least Bachelor Nation is on Weber’s side. The Bachelor finale begins on Monday, March 9, at 8 p.m. on ABC, followed by the two-hour conclusion on Tuesday, March 10.
