Mariah Carey Celebrates Her Twins’ 11th Birthdays with New Instagram Posts: “Always Be My Babies!”

It's a big milestone for Mariah Carey's twins, Moroccan and Monroe Cannon! Both just turned 11 years old on April 30, and the singer celebrated their birthdays with a series of special posts on her Instagram.

The “We Belong Together” singer marked her twins' important day with a sweet slideshow. The first image was seemingly snapped during a tropical vacation, where Carey is seen sitting next to her kids, who hold two of the family's Jack Russell terriers. Carey also included a rare throwback that was taken around the time her twins were born, in which she smiles at the camera while holding her bundled babies.

In the caption of the post, Carey wrote, “Happy 11th birthday to the two greatest blessings of my life.” She also referenced one of her own songs, 1996's “Always Be My Baby,” adding, “Roc and Roe…Always be my babies! …DEMKIDS!!!! I LOVE YOU FOREVER! Mommy.”

This wasn't the only post Carey made for her kids. A few hours after her initial slideshow, the 53-year-old singer followed it up with a video compilation that included additional photos and videos of her with her twins.

Carey did not include a caption with this post, but she did soundtrack the video with another one of her songs, “Supernatural,” and she included one of the lyrics at the bottom of the clip, which read, “Our love is supernatural.”

In the video, we can see private moments of Carey with Monroe and Moroccan throughout the years, with shots of the trio swimming in the ocean, dressing up as pirates, snuggling together and more.

Nick Cannon, with whom Carey shares the two kids (and who she was married to from 2008 to 2016), made a post to his own account, which read, “May all your wishes come true because you guys are exactly what I wished, manifested and prayed for all my life!!! Happy Birthday and I love you Monroe Cannon and Moroccan Scott Cannon!!”

Happy birthday, Moroccan and Monroe!
