We Finally Have the First Trailer for Disney’s Live-Action ‘Lady and the Tramp’

Guys, we officially have the first trailer for the upcoming live-action adaptation of Lady and the Tramp (real pups included).

The short clip was released during a Disney+ panel Friday at the D23 Expo in Anaheim, California. The new streaming service also posted the video to their social media platforms.

“Every day could be an adventure. Watch the new trailer for Lady and the Tramp, a reimagining of a timeless classic. Start streaming November 12, only on #DisneyPlus,” they captioned the post.

The trailer features real-life dogs stepping in for the previously animated characters. The canines are voiced by celebrity counterparts, including Tessa Thompson (Westworld) as Lady, Justin Theroux (Parks and Recreation) as Tramp, Sam Elliott (A Star Is Born) as Trusty, Ashley Jensen (Ugly Betty) as Jackie, Janelle Monáe (Hidden Figures) as Peg and Benedict Wong (Avengers: Endgame) as Bull.

And what better way to end the trailer than with the iconic image of the two dogs preparing to eat a big plate of spaghetti and meatballs? Because of course.

The remake was directed by Charlie Bean (The Lego Ninjago Movie) and Andrew Bujalski (Results) penned the script.

If you need us, we’ll be bingeing the original (likely while eating spaghetti on our couch).
