Lady Amelia Windsor Just Wore the ’60s-Inspired Minidress of Our Dreams

Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle aren't the only style icons in the British royal family. And since the Duchess of Sussex is out on maternity leave (and the Duchess of Cambridge has decided to wear almost exclusively one color palette this summer), we've needed to look to the royally adjacent to see what fresh summer outfit inspo the queen's relatives are serving up this season.

Enter: 23-year-old Lady Amelia Windsor, aka Prince Harry and Prince William's third cousin, and one of our favorite fashion-forward royals. Mel, as she goes by on Instagram, didn't disappoint today as she stepped out for the Victoria & Albert Museum's Summer Party wearing the '60s-inspired red minidress of our dreams.

Mel's fiery summer dress was from Dior, and she paired it with white platform heels and the classic Dior saddle bag, also in white.

She posted the same pic as above to her 'Gram, and captioned it, "Summer Scarlet." While it's not the trendy muted red we fawned over when Gabrielle Union rocked head-to-toe rouge, we love this frock's clean lines, wide collar and coordinating mini belt that cinches in at the waist.

Don't get us wrong about Markle because we totally miss Meg's fashion know-how. But we can all rest assured the royal family will keep calm and carry stylishly on while the duchess and Archie enjoy maternity leave.
