Soon, the actress took to Instagram to react to the nomination, posting a four-photo slideshow of shots from the show, alongside the caption, "What a morning waking up to this news! I am so proud of my @themorningshow family. This team worked so, so hard to make the best show we possibly could, and I am truly honored to be a part of it. Thanks for this acknowledgment and congratulations to EVERYONE." She added cheekily, "Now, I’m just gonna have to figure out what MASK I’M GONNA WEAR!!"
Aniston is nominated alongside a truly killer field of actresses, including Olivia Colman (The Crown), Jodie Comer (Killing Eve), Laura Linney (Ozark), Sandra Oh (Killing Eve) and Zendaya (Euphoria).
On the guys' side, a trio of Aniston's co-stars picked up nominations of their own, with Steve Carrell being nominated in the lead actor category and Billy Crudup and Mark Duplass in the supporting actor category. Sadly, Reese Witherspoon didn't receive a nom.
Aniston's celeb pals were quick to comment their congratulations on her post, including Sarah Hyland, Orlando Bloom and even Aniston's ex, Justin Theroux, who wrote, "WOOTWOOT," followed by a bunch of excited emojis.
We can't wait to see what mask she eventually settles on for the big night.
