Gwyneth Paltrow Took a Selfie with Her WFH ‘Moral Support Team’ (AKA Her Kids)

Gwyneth Paltrow is finding some positivity in family time while social distancing.

The 47-year-old Oscar winner turned Goop founder shared a no-makeup selfie with her two children, 15-year-old Apple and 13-year-old Moses, yesterday. It’s a rare photograph, not because Paltrow doesn’t usually go makeup-free (she hosted a whole makeup-free dinner!), but because she typically doesn’t share photos of her children in an effort to protect their privacy. (Her skin looks really good though, so we definitely don’t blame her.)

“WFH with some moral support,” Paltrow captioned the family selfie that was snapped in what appears to be her kitchen. We have to admit, both Apple and Moses look so much like her it’s uncanny.

The last time Paltrow’s brood appeared in an Instagram photo with her was just over a year ago, on April 6. She’s previously mentioned that she and her ex-husband Chris Martin have made a conscious effort as co-parents to keep their children out of the spotlight, which likely explains Apple and Moses’s rare appearance on their mom’s social media accounts.

The Paltrow-Martin family’s social media rule seems to be a family effort. When Paltrow posted a photo of herself and her daughter Apple on a ski lift last year, the teen commented, “Mom we have discussed this. You may not post anything without my consent.”

Presumably, Paltrow received permission to share this snap of her work from home team. If not, we’re sure she’ll be hearing from Apple about it.
