Emma Corrin Reacts to Golden Globe Nomination by Leaping Off the Couch and Jumping Around the Room

Seems like we weren’t the only ones who were impressed with Emma Corrin’s performance as Princess Diana in season 4 of Netflix's The Crown. The 25-year-old actress was nominated for a Golden Globe yesterday (and we're just loving her reaction).

On Wednesday, Corrin shared a candid video of the exciting news on Instagram. In an unfiltered IG Story, we saw the moment her name was announced for Best Actress in a TV Drama Series. Her reaction? Leaping off the couch and jumping around the room.

Unfortunately, the video is no longer available on her social media account. However, we did manage to capture a few screenshots of the posts. In the first, we see the moment right before the Netflix star hears her name.

After the news, Corrin shared two follow-up posts thanking the HFPA as well as everyone involved in the show. The first pic featured herself and Josh O'Connor, who played Prince Charles and also received a nomination, looking tired at a table read.

“From looking like naughty kids in detention at the first read through to this moment thank you for always being by my side and being ridiculous,” she captioned the image tagging O’Connor. “So proud of you.”

She also shared a screenshot of the nomination on her personal page. “Thank you so much @goldenglobes! A real honor to be named amongst a group of such talented and inspirational women! Working on The Crown was the most magical experience in no small part thanks to the incredible cast and crew that supported and help guide me through THANK YOUU.”

Congrats, Emma! You deserve it.
