- Elementary, my dear Watson! It's been revealed that Justice League's Henry Cavill is the next Sherlock Holmes, and will star opposite Millie Bobby Brown in the film adaptation of Nancy Springer's Enola Holmes Mysteries, according to Deadline. Brown will star as Sherlock's much younger sister and budding detective, Enola. The movie is due out in 2020.
- Prince William shared a rare personal Tweet about the Women's World Cup, and even signed it "W." On Thursday evening, the Duke of Cambridge tweeted from the @KensingtonRoyal account: "What a performance @Lionesses, a superb display! The whole country is behind you going into Tuesday’s semi-final, bring it on! W" The Lionesses, England's female soccer team, are the first to make it through the FIFA women's World Cup semifinals.

- Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas stepped out in Provence, France, for their pre-wedding party, meaning their ceremony will take place tomorrow, June 29 (Dr. Phil was right!). Turner wore a white column gown with white sandals, while Jonas wore a black-and-white pinstriped suit as they gathered at the Hotel Crillon le Brave the evening before their wedding, according to Elle.
- Trader Joe's has announced their latest offering: Lemon Peal Hard Lemonade. At $8 per six-pack with 5.7 percent ABV per can, the citrusy malt drink is made with fresh lemon juice and might just be our go-to beverage this summer.
- A Whitney Houston song was released today, over seven years after the singer's untimely death, according to E! News. The song is a decades-old cover of Steve Winwood's 1986 hit "Higher Love," that Houston recorded in 1991 but was never released. Houston's cover has been remixed by Kygo and debuted this morning.
