When you think of a late-night snack, what comes to mind? Maybe some popcorn, a handful of fruit or a bite of chocolate? Something quick and easy, right? Well, if you ask Chrissy Teigen that same question, you’ll get a totally different answer—and trust me, it might just surprise you. The cookbook author and model, 39, recently stopped by Today and spilled the details on her late-night cravings. Turns out, she doesn’t just snack—she goes all in.

“My meals are getting crazier, and I pick them based on what I can eat in bed—finger foods,” she admitted on the Wednesday, March 12 show. And when asked about the wildest thing she’s eaten in the middle of the night, Teigen didn’t even hesitate. “Probably, well, I don’t even think it’s crazy,” she said. “But a rack of ribs or like a po’boy?”

Yep, you read that right—ribs. In bed. Honestly, iconic.

As for what her husband, EGOT winner John Legend, thinks about her unconventional midnight meals? Turns out, he’s completely unbothered. “John, you know him, he goes with the flow,” Teigen shared. “He goes down and gets my Postmates for me.” Now that’s love.

She also revealed that her late-night eats have evolved over time. “It used to be sandwiches and stuff for me or like a hard-boiled egg. But the meals have gotten more complex,” she added.

Fans, of course, are living for it. “My spirit animal,” one person commented. Another chimed in, “Watching this while eating chips and cream cheese in bed,” while a third wrote, "That is so real and I love her for saying this. I have been there more often than I care to admit!" Another shared, "Girl after my own heart. Everything in bed is better." And someone even co-signed her snack choices, writing, “Ribs are the best re-warmed late-night snack.”

At this point, it’s safe to say Chrissy is the queen of midnight munchies—and honestly, I fully support it.
