One Part Wine, One Part Cheez-Its, This $25 Box of Goodness Speaks to Our Soul

House Wine knows you love wine, and Kellogg’s knows you love cheese (more importantly, Cheez-Its). That’s why the two companies collaborated to make a limited-edition box made of one-part red wine and one-part cheesy, salty crackers. Yup, this is real, and better yet: It’s portable.

Named simply House Wine & Cheez-It, the product consists of a half box dedicated to the popular cheesy cracker and the other half to Original Red Blend box of House Wine. The wine, which comes complete with a spout, is a mix of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot and was chosen by House Wine winemaker Hal Landvoigt through various taste tests and his own expert process, according to the company.

“We are thrilled to partner with House Wine to combine their expertise and America’s favorite 100% real cheese snack into one portable box,” said Jeff Delonis, senior marketing director for Kellogg’s U.S. Snacks division. “Many of our fans were already exploring pairing different wines with Cheez-It. Just like wine and cheese, you can pair the real cheese inside each Cheez-It flavor with the perfect wine complement and find a pair to enjoy all summer long.”

House Wine & Cheez-It boxes ($25) are available for a limited time on House Wine’s website, starting July 25.

Time to plan your next wine and Cheez(-It) party.
