The folks who put barbecue chicken pizza on the map have done it again with a serious menu upgrade...and it’s everything we’ve ever hoped for.
California Pizza Kitchen just announced that it will now offer a low-carb, gluten-free cauliflower crust for a couple extra bucks, following the likes of Trader Joe’s cauli crusts that made a splash earlier this year.
Right now, the $2.50 crust upgrade is available only at select California locations (Manhattan Beach, Redondo Beach and Rainbow Harbor), but it will be available at all locations early next year.
Is there anything our favorite veggie can’t do? (No. The answer is no.)
