Billy Porter, the Pose actor and ABC Oscars commentator, stunned on the 2019 Academy Awards red carpet in a Christian Siriano tuxedo dress.
But this was no ordinary tuxedo dress, this was a velvet ball gown/tuxedo with a full skirt and train. According to the official Christian Siriano Instagram account, the piece was custom made for Porter. (Of course.)

This isn’t the first time we’ve seen the 49-year-old star slay the red carpet (remember his custom embroidered suit and cape from Randi Rahm at the Golden Globes?). Tonight, he paired his look with a velvet bow tie and ruffled white sleeves. Oh, and we can’t forget to mention that matching bolero jacket, of course.
