Have You Heard? Audible Subscriptions Are 66% Off During Amazon Prime Day

These days, we're up to our eyeballs in content we're yearning to consume. Stranger Things? That new book club pick? All the Disney movies coming out this summer? "ONE DAY!" we tell ourselves optimistically.

Except, in our downtime, it can seem like the most monumental task to pick up a book instead of just switching on Netflix or browsing Amazon for more Prime Day deals.

Luckily, Amazon's Audible lets you listen to books on the go. Whether you're commuting to work, on a plane headed to your next summer vacay or at the gym, you, too, can be one of those enviable people that...wait for it...has time for books.

And for Prime Day, Amazon is giving new subscribers 66 percent off the first three months. That's only $5 to "read" (listen to) one book a month 'til fall. Since it's typically $15/month, that means you're saving $30 on the subscription. 

You can also get a year-long membership for $120, originally $150. That's one token a month for $10 each, meaning you could listen to 12 books this year (um, that's more than we read in our high school AP Literature).
