This Text Chain of Adele and Her Friend Freaking Out Over Beyoncé's Netflix Premiere Is All of Us

Just one year after the video of Adele rocking out to Beyoncé’s Coachella performance went viral, Queen Bey is about to do it again. This time with the premiere of her new Netflix documentaryHomecoming (out April 17).

And, naturally, there may be no other human on earth more excited than Beyhive-devotee Adele. A longtime Beyoncé worshipper (she dedicated her 2017 Grammy's acceptance speech to Mrs. Knowles-Carter), Adele’s reaction to the "Formation" singer’s Netflix debut is everything

In a screenshot posted to her Instagram, Adele is texting a friend about the documentary news. “Oh my dayyyyyyyyyysssss,” the “Rolling in the Deep” singer said. To see the rest of the text chain, click the right arrow on the Instagram slideshow above. “Why does she always know when I need her,” Adele asks, and same, girl. Same.

“I love my friends so much [laughing emoji],” Adele wrote in her caption.

Homecoming: A Film by Beyoncé will go behind the scenes of Bey’s historic Coachella set, where she became the first black woman ever to headline the event. It’ll take an exclusive look at the preparation and performance that paid tribute to the historically black college experience, and served as a vehicle to introduce her Homecoming Scholars Awards Program.

In her deeply moving Grammys “Album of the Year” award speech, Adele, who won for her album 25, said Beyoncé is the “artist of my life. This album to me, the Lemonade album, was just so monumental, Beyoncé, so monumental, and so well thought out, and so beautiful and soul-bearing, and we all got to see another side to you that you don’t always let us see.” We’re tearing up just thinking about it...

“All us artists adore you. You are our light. The way that you make me and my friends feel, the way you make my black friends feel is empowering, and you make them stand up for themselves. I love you. I always have. And I always will,” Adele said through tears.

Helloooo from the other side. We’ve been wondering if we could please get another video of Adele dancing during Beyoncé’s Netflix documentary? We just love you both so much.
