What to Do with Extra Limes Before They Go Bad

Lime Hack

On a whim this year, you bought a lime tree. I’ll never be without them when making guacamole, you thought to yourself.

Joke's on you, as you now have more citrus than any one woman could ever use in a lifetime.

What to do? Freeze the juice for later.

Here’s how. Squeeze the juice from the extra limes into a large bowl. Then fill an ice-cube tray with the tart liquid and pop in the freezer for 24 hours. You can even find adorable trays in the shape of lime wedges if you want to get really crafty.

And then… Drop the cubes in water for an afternoon refresher, or use them in cocktails to save yourself time at your next party. Problem solved.
