breakfast email

It’s generally agreed that breakfast is the most important meal of the day—and it’s rumored to be the most delicious meal, too. If you happen to be in the Hamptons this spring or early summer, here’s where you should be loading up on avocado toast, vegan pastries or, yeah, pancakes. We’ve also included information on how to get your grub during this time, whether it’s pick-up, delivery or curbside service. Just don’t forget the coffee.

For breakfast, start with the eggs, spinach, roasted tomatoes and jack cheese with avocado—plus a combo of the cilantro and mango chutney. Another hot tip: You’ll dream of the cardamom iced coffee long after you’ve finished it. So yeah, you might want to order two.
